WOYWW 416 - background? 30/100

Hello,

Today is Wednesday, awalys a good day
because...
middle of the week
and more importantly WOYWW day and a special one today, the 8th anniversary, congrats Julia!!!
On top of that, I'm on the verge of a long weekend,
and the weather is fabulous, this Sunday up to 30°C.
So my desk is still set outside

my box with a selection of supplies is getting fuller and fuller each time :-)

While my son was playing in his new swimming pool I created this "background",
I think it is more a finished page already,
just need to add some words, a quote and done.

I always like to see the progress a page makes, so here it is

Can't promise it will be today that I'll visit, but definitely somewhere in the next coming days.

  3. I would love to be able to craft outside, but the rain and high winds don't allow me to do so. You are SO lucky. Happy 8th Anniversary from # 1.

  4. Woohoo, summer's on its way! I think it's going to get up to 30 here as well this weekend...it normally rains on a Bank Holiday in the UK! The master board is great, think the colours reflect that you were working outside :-D

  5. Hi Vicky. Imagine, crafting outside - mind you, that's where I should be today.. working in the garden... but just couldn't miss today! Happy 8th WOYWW anniversary. Thank you for showing the steps on that page - I admit to being intrigued by the fact that you put all the letters on the page and then covered most of them up. The end result is great, though. Like it.
    Take care. God bless.

  7. Always nice to craft outside. I've put up the insect nets at the door of my shed so that I can craft with the door open. Thanks for the step by step pictures, I love to see how pages develop. Sarah #27

  9. Hi Vicki, happy Woyww 8th Anniversary, like you I have been outdoors in the sunshine, but have to sort the garden before I do the craft! by which time it's just too hot ( our temperatures peak at 4pm) and I end up inside in the shade, not that i am complaining! Hope you have a lovely productive weekend and get a tan too... doone @23

  12. Fun process pics! I'm especially charmed by your use of those cute hearts. Inspires me! FYI Your link is a bit goofed up. It took me to your blog but to a page that offered nothing. If I had not clicked on your banner name, I'd never have found this #416 post.

  20. Hi Vicky, It's really interesting to see how your page progressed.

It's a shame paper and water don't mix, as to crafting the pool would have been perfect:)LOL

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

  21. It looks so relaxing working outdoors, although for me 30 degrees is too hot for doing anything in! Love your sunshine-y work, it's definitely a bright summery piece. Thanks so much for visiting my desk, I hope you enjoy what's left of the week,
