WOYWW338

My desk is yet again unusually clean this week, this is due to the fact that on Sunday we had another celebration and we needed the extra table to seat everybody.

Still on my workdesk is the owl canvas in progress.
I want to add large leaves to it, but as I don’t have such a large leave stamp I carved one myself

On the right is my haul from Saturday, there was a bookfair where they also have a large amount of crafting supplies, each year I go and fill up my basket.
This year with an assortments of stickers and embellishments, decorative scissors, a paper cutter, a stencil and some craft books.

Now I’m off on my trip around the world from desk to desk.

Don’t know what I’m talking about, go here to find all the nitty-gritty details.

  3. A tidy start is helpful....sometimes having to use your desk for something else is a good idea! I LOVE that you carved the bigger leaf stamp...that would have been about the last idea I'd have had..I'd have put it off and then tried to borrow before thinking of carving! It looks great.

  4. Nothing like a tidy desk to get started with more crafting! I've never carved a stamp myself (and wouldn't have the rubber to do it either :) but that looks really lovely :)

  5. Bliss..a tidy space to start with, and new stash to play with!
Thanks for your comment Vicky. There is a complication about auntie coming to see me. Her husband hates me and is jealous of what I do. A bit complicated- involves an estrangement between auntie and her daughter. Uncle won't let me pick her up and take her out.Probably refuse to let her come to my house.
