WOYWW 451

Hello,
It's Wednesday,  that time of the week where we all gather at Julia's place to have a snoop around each others workdesks.
Here is a shot of mine

I am busy testdriving my new Amsterdam inks

I bought them last week to use in Michelle Turbide Wanderlust class, but eventually didn't use them.
But after trying some things yesterday I am glad I bought them, because I see potential 😉

On the far left are my 7 in process icads for this week for the 365something2018 project I joined, playing with collage and composition

This weekend while doing the Wanderlust class on intuitive painting I did some cleaning in my studio while waiting for the paint to dry, here is the result:

and here is a close-up of the canvas

  7. Hi Vicky, what luscious coloured inks. I have the basics set of Amsterdam inks but would like to also get some of the more vibrant colours. I had a play with mine last week too. (http://www.sarahscraftshed.co.uk/2018/01/curiosity-another-word-for-2018.html) I haven't had a go at Michelle's class yet, but will be sharing my version of Jennifer's mandala project tomorrow. Love how you used the inks. Happy WOYWW Sarah #18

  12. Like your colourful busy desk. I also have the Amsterdam inks, but I must admit I didn‘t do much with it. Funny that you also attend the 365somethings2018 challenge!
    Have a nice week!

  14. Love your canvas! 'm slowly starting to love the Liquitex Inks; need more play time with them. I'm a bit late getting around this week, so Happy Belated WOYWW, and thanks for stopping by; (and I might try lightening the background on the Mandala--it needs something!

  15. Hi Vicky! Lovely canvas, you have been very busy lately! Lovely shelves, I love your name at the top! The paints look really bright and colourful-fun! And have fun with your icads! Thank you for your concern about my health,I do feel better today, although yesterday afternoon was spent in Emerg. I'm fine now, hopefully will stay that way! Have a great week, Lindart #37

  16. Those inks look very interesting, Vicky. I haven't heard of them before. I love your bright, vibrant colours! Nice busy desk. Thank you for your visit and your nice comment - I am loving the Distress Oxides. As for Open Live Writer, it's brilliant, and the formatting is reliable (not like awful Blogger editing!) but just lately I've been having major problems uploading posts with pictures. Hopefully by the next time I try, the problem will be resolved. It's a real pain not being able to do it.

    Happy belated WOYWW,
